Spain's Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration has clarified the application process for the Foreigner Identity Card (TIE) for students staying longer than six months.

Students must apply for the TIE within 30 days of arrival, and the long-stay student visa continues to allow up to 20 hours of part-time work per week, subject to conditions.
